Delivery

We ship to the UK only! Price is calculated at checkout.

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class and will generally arrive with 1-3 working days from the date you place your order.

Recorded/tracked delivery items will require a signature. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate posting, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. 

Returns

ITEMS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THE PICTURE SHOWN.

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. Refunds on items with which had Free Delivery will be charged the normal delivery costs once goods are returned.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post

Autoship

Autoship is a convenient way to ensure your CBD products arrive regularly and that you never run out, saving you the hassle of having to reorder each time you need to purchase more product. By signing up for Autoship Program you are abiding by the following Autoship Terms and Conditions.

Autoship Account

  • You must have a valid email address and a Credit Card and/or Debit Card to set up and use this feature
  • By placing an Autoship order you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Autoship Order Placement

  • By placing an Autoship order, you authorize CBD Worcester Ltd to automatically place and ship you an order for your selected Autoship items, on a scheduled date determined by your order frequency selection on your initial Autoship order.

Autoship Order Final Order Amount

Your Autoship Order’s final total may vary due to changes in price, tax rates, and/or shipping costs. Your order total will include:

  • Sales tax, if applicable, will be applied to each Autoship order.
  • Shipping cost, will be applied based on the shipping method you selected on your initial Autoship Order. Your actual shipping cost will be the current rate, for your shipping method. If you want to change your Autoship Order’s shipping method, you would call customer service at 07538617719

Autoship Order Payment

  • By placing an Autoship order, you authorize CBD Worcester Ltd to charge the credit card / Paypal account you provided for subsequent Autoship orders until you cancel your Autoship order. Unless modified by you, the credit card / PayPal account you used to set up the initial Autoship order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will be charged the day the order is placed and forwarded to the warehouse for processing.
  • If your credit card / PayPal account is declined at time of Autoship order placement, your order will not be placed and you will be notified that your Autoship payment has failed and you need to update your payment information. Once your payment information is corrected, your Autoship order will be placed.

Autoship Order Notifications

  • A pre-order Autoship notification, Autoship order confirmation email and a shipment confirmation email will be sent after each Autoship order is processed and shipped. Once an Autoship order is scheduled, no emails will be sent before subsequent Autoship order shipments are processed.
  • At the time of order placement, any backordered item(s) on your Autoship order will be indicated on your order confirmation.

Autoship Order Backordered Items

  • Any backordered Autoship order item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available.
  • A backordered item will not affect the Autoship order schedule for the backordered item. Subsequent Autoship orders of that item will continue to be shipped according to the schedule you specified when you set up the initial Autoship order. Scheduled intervals will run from the date you set up the initial Autoship order, not from the date that an item was last shipped.

Cancellation of Autoship Orders

  • Canceling subsequent Autoship orders can be done be done through your account.
  • You can modify or cancel your Autoship order at any time before the subsequent order is processed.
  • Canceling an Autoship Order will stop all future shipments of that order.
  • Canceling an Autoship item will stop all future shipments of that item.
  • To resume your Autoship Order after you have cancelled it, you will need to create a new Autoship Order.

Changing of Your Autoship Order

Modifying subsequent Autoship orders is easy by logging in to your account. You can perform the following modifications to your Autoship Order(s):

  • Update payment information
  • Update billing / shipping addresses
  • Change the order frequency of an item
  • Remove items from you Autoship order

Acceptance of Autoship Terms and Conditions

CBD Worcester Ltd reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. If CBD Worcester Ltd makes material changes to these Autoship Terms and Conditions, we will provide you notice by posting a notice on the website for 30 days. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or any changes proposed by CBD Worcester Ltd, your only remedy is to cancel your Autoship Order(s).

CBD Worcester Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice
